Customer Education Seminar

A Customer Education Seminar provides an intimate understanding of the publication manufacturing and distribution process. This two-day workshop also gives each customer a chance to meet their personal customer service team, face-to-face.

Customers learn about our processes, tour the pressroom and participate in classroom activities pertaining to ink testing and impositions. Each attendee is given the choice to attend workshops which cater toward learning about specific services offered by Publishers Press which include Publishers Information and Costing Analyzer (PICA), printing processes, prepress or our digital solutions.
